Returns & Exchanges

Non-custom, in-stock pieces may be returned within 7–10 days of delivery.

Approved returns are issued as store credit only (no refunds to original payment method).

Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all packaging.

Custom & Special Orders

Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Return eligibility for custom work will follow the specific terms provided for that order.

Return Authorization

A Return Authorization (RA) number is required before sending any item back.

Returns without an RA number cannot be accepted.

Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our end.

Damages

Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged so we can assist you with a resolution.
