Shipping Policy
Everything is handmade to order, and due to the organic qualities of gemstones, pearls, and hammered wire, what you receive will not look exactly like the picture. In addition, not all colors appear the same on all monitors. Items are usually shipped within 5-7 business days. Occasionally this shipping time will be extended for various reasons, and if that is the case we will contact you immediately if there is a delay on your order.
If you need it ASAP, please contact me via email to see if we can accommodate your request. Each item is tucked inside a cotton filled jewelry box. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail (from Lafayette, LA). Upon shipment, you will receive an email with a delivery confirmation number.

Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately due to COVID-19 Pandemic & hygiene reasons, Jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged. UNLESS it arrived damaged or a result of faulty manufacturing. If the piece can not be repaired, you will receive a credit to you account. If you received it damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the damaged goods.
